Some websites have a specific page for guest post submissions instead of an editor’s contact, so in that case, I link to that page. It helps me to have all the details in one place and stay on top of my guest posting efforts.

2- Look for guest blogging opportunities

Once you have a system to keep track of your guest posting efforts, it’s time to start searching for websites that accept guest posts. The websites you target will depend on the size and establishment of your company. It is important to note that a backlink from a relevant site is more valuable than one from a site that is not relevant.

Provide multiple options and describe each topic. Keep your pitch brief, including your introduction, the reason for reaching out, and links to your previous work. Remember that editors receive many pitches, so make sure yours stands out and shows your expertise.
